Privacy Policy — Mosaic
Last updated: January 28, 2026
Mosaic is a personal health journaling application designed to help users document and organize their own health information. Your privacy is important to us.
Information Collection and Use
Mosaic does not require users to create an account or provide identifying information.
All information entered into Mosaic — including health data, notes, symptoms, medications, and other content — is stored locally on the user’s device only.
Data Storage
All data remains on the user’s device
No cloud storage is used
No data is transmitted to external servers
No analytics or tracking tools are used
Data Sharing
Mosaic does not share user data with third parties.
Any data export or sharing is initiated explicitly by the user.
Data Deletion
Users may delete their data at any time within the app. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
Security
Because data is stored locally on the device, Mosaic does not collect or process user data externally. Local device storage may not be encrypted by default, but data does not leave the device unless the user chooses to export it.
Children’s Privacy
Mosaic is not intended for use by children under the age of 18.
Medical Disclaimer
Mosaic is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
